Very use to pack and unpack! Really, it takes me 10 seconds. Baby is 8 months now and keeps playing for more than one hour in it if I need to. It is a great product overall. If I had one suggestion, I would recommend a thicker mattress, in order to ease baby's falls. Buy Graco Pack 'n Play Playard in Bugs Quilt!
